Mr. Gasser oversees all scheduling, operations, management of software and database systems, research and implementation of new services and creation of procedures and documentation at CNECT Legal. Mr. Gasser graduated from Temple University and started as a legal videographer, participating in hundreds of depositions and legal matters, and then became experienced with providing in-court technical support and trial presentation assistance. He then became the technical manager for a court reporting agency and eventually became their Director of Operations. In this role, he oversaw all scheduling, production, implementation and billing matters. His ability to assist the team when needed made him a vital part of that agency. He is a strong communicator and is adept at training staff, developing policies, and coordinating with vendors to drive technical advancements and enhancements. He has proven himself to have the ability to oversee daily operations and troubleshoot technical issues across departments, ensuring seamless workflows and superior service delivery.

Mr. Lyons oversees all financial, accounting, HR and business development responsibilities at CNECT Legal. As a graduate from The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Lyons has extensive experience leading small to medium sized business enterprises. Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer for nearly six years at a Philadelphia-based legal services company. He has over 20 years of experience with strategic decision-making, financial reporting, and accounting processes. He also has extensive experience with financial statements, monthly budgets, payroll activities, as well as corporate and employer state tax and licensing needs. He coordinates and monitors all insurance and legal compliance matters. He also supervises all interviewing, on-boarding and terminating within the human resources department. Mr. Lyons controls the sales activities and contractual negotiations for law firms, insurance carriers and legal support vendors. His past roles have helped shape the new structure of CNECT Legal and have given him the unique ability to create new service differentiators for a typically traditional industry.
